Refund Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

We want you to be satisfied. All payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), our Merchant of Record, and approved refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method. When a purchase is refunded, its license key is deactivated.

One-time purchases (Single SKU, 10-SKU pack)

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. After 14 days, we will still refund a purchase if the Service failed to produce the files you paid for because of a defect on our side that we could not fix within a reasonable time.

Subscriptions (Seller plan)

You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period and will not be charged again. Your first subscription payment is refundable in full within 14 days. Later renewal payments are refundable if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and have not generated files in that billing period.

What is not covered

Because EntryCert is a data-preparation tool and you are responsible for the data you enter, we do not refund, and are not liable for, outcomes such as rejected filings, customs holds, penalties, or test costs. See our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email csvledger@mail.grokbot.com with your order number (from your Creem receipt) and the email used to purchase. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
