Pricing FAQ
Who processes payments?
Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) is our Merchant of Record. Creem handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices and receipts. Your card statement will show a CREEM.IO descriptor.
How do I unlock final files?
After checkout Creem emails you a license key (it is also shown on the confirmation page). Paste it into the generator to remove the DRAFT watermark. Each key unlocks the number of SKUs in your plan.
Can I get a refund?
One-time purchases are refundable within 14 days. See the Refund Policy for details.
What stays free?
The eFiling checker, the Product Registry CSV validator and the generator: Registry CSV row, broker sheet and a DRAFT-marked certificate, all running in your browser.
Do you store my product data?
No. Files are processed in your browser and never uploaded. See the Privacy Policy.
